I've spent my career inside the machine, not in front of the camera.
On Site
For more than 13 years, I've operated independent media companies — leading production teams, building distribution strategy, and designing the systems that let creative work scale without falling apart behind the scenes.
I've sat on the operating side of the business: the hiring, the workflows, the org charts, the revenue models. Not the highlight reel — the infrastructure underneath it. I've watched talented, driven creators hit the same wall over and over again. They didn't need a better idea. They needed an operation that could carry the ideas they already had.
The Content Method exists because that gap is real, it's common, and it's solvable. I bring executive-level operating experience — the kind usually reserved for full media companies — to creators who've outgrown improvisation but aren't ready to build a whole executive team from scratch.
My job isn't to make your content louder. It's to build the machine around it so growth stops depending on you doing everything yourself.
